Week 1 Workout Day 

Thighs & Butt!

Ok let me remind you....I am your coach! I am not a machine. I am sitting here right now at 12:48:06 AM  drinking.....pepperment tea that is and writing your workout. Now let’s get to it!!

 

Workout Focus: Kill the Butt!

Today is thighs and butt! Along with the 12 other exercises below, you are going to take the lunge exercise and alter it a little. You will love the results! Ok let's continue to reshape your thighs, and lift and build a tighter butt.

 

So our focus to day is to lunge as far as possible, then proceed to lift the leg behind you upward tightening that butt.  

 

I want you to also increase your weight as much as possible, but still maintain great technique. Let's increase your intensity by shorter rest periods in-between sets about 20 seconds.

Lets go kill that booty!

Stength Training

 Exercise Description: Lunges

 End

 Start

1.   Hold a dumbbell in each hand at arms length to your side.     

2. Step forward as far as possible with your right leg until your upper thigh is almost parallel with heel floor.

3.  From this position, step back to start position.

4.  Repeat the process with left leg or  recommended reps.

   

Cardio

Cardio Training System: Farklet Training

We will continue to increase your mileage this week. I want you to give me five bouts of fast walking, jogging or running. Within the 35 minutes cardio workout!

 

Remember to warm-up first! About 5 minutes.

 

Cool down for about 5-10 minutes

 

Remember if you feel dizzy, faint or nauseated just quit and fight another day. Let’s burn some fat and get some crazy energy!!

Cross Training

Let’s continue to focus on reshaping your thighs and butt by doing kickboxing kicks. Refer to the cross training exercise library to illustrations #33 & #34. Perform those combinations for three sets.  Rest for about 60 seconds after each set!

                                                       Cool Down and Stretch

Cool down with stretches outlined below.

Remember to eat after your workout! Your body will not progress without proper nutrients!
